Job summary

Datamatics Technologies in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead enterprise IT infrastructure operations across Data Center (Azure & On-Premises) and Network Environments. The role demands deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to drive AI-enabled IT operations.

You will ensure availability, security, and service delivery while guiding multi-disciplinary teams, managing major incidents, and aligning with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT Infrastructure and Network Operations experience.
• 5+ years in leadership or managerial roles managing large infrastructure teams.
• Experience in Managed Services or large enterprise environments is mandatory.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data Center and Network Infrastructure operations.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of infrastructure services.
• Manage incident, problem management, RCA, and service improvement activities.
• Partner with executives to review operational performance and improvement plans.
• Drive AI-enabled IT Operations and automation initiatives.
