Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a field Merchandiser to maximize on-shelf presence and support in-store sampling for outlets served by the merchandiser in Riyadh. You will adhere to planograms, stock rotation, and report market information to the pre-seller.

The ideal candidate has a valid driving license, strong communication skills, and a service-led approach to retail partners. This role offers a hands-on field position with opportunities to influence in-store execution.

Responsibilities

• Call on specific OT outlets per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
• Merchandize SSFL products within OT stores at various access points and displays.
• Place POS material next to SSFL displays where applicable.
• Ensure all access points are merchandised as per planograms.
• Rotate products using FIFO and remove sub-standard items.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report deviations from agreed terms to the assigned OT customer/outlet.
• Report daily activities to your supervisor.
• Participate in sampling/redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior per PepsiCo code of conduct.
