PepsiCo is hiring a Merchandiser to maximize on-shelf presence across OT outlets and support in-store sampling campaigns. You will follow planograms, rotate stock using FIFO, and report deviations to the pre-seller.

Based in the Eastern Province, you will partner with sales and in-store teams to ensure displays drive visibility and volume, while maintaining professional appearance and adherence to the code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license is required.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork are important.

Responsabilités

• Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan.
• Merchandize SSFL products within OT stores at access points and displays.
• Place POS material next to displays where applicable.
• Ensure planograms are followed for on- and off-shelf displays.
• Rotate stock using FIFO and remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock on shelves at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report deviations from agreed terms to the pre-seller.
• Report daily activities to supervisor.
• Participate in sampling and redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior per code of conduct.
