PepsiCo in Saudi Arabia seeks a Pre-seller to maximize sales, manage distribution targets, and maintain merchandising standards. You will collect receivables, service customers, and provide market insights to your supervisor, while ensuring vehicle and route discipline.

Daily debriefings with the supervisor, training participation, and accurate stock management are essential to maintain performance and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years experience in Sales & Account building.
• Strong communication skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Conflict management, sales planning and basic accounting skills.

Mansioni

• Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers.
• Meet sales targets and minimize stale stock; ensure timely delivery and service.
• Maintain route plan, call frequencies and daily debriefs with supervisor.
• Ensure orders are ready to ship with clear delivery arrangements.
• Maintain customer stock levels to minimize outages and stockouts.
• Provide supervisor with market information to develop sales opportunities.
• Carry out vehicle checks and keep the sales vehicle clean and roadworthy.
