Qualifications

• 3–6 years of sales field experience in FMCG.
• Very Good English and Arabic language skills.
• No travel restrictions.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Results driven (KPIs and productivity).
• Customer focus and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Organize and motivate sales representatives to achieve targets within agreed plans.
• Ensure compliance with SSFL execution standards and regular meetings.
• Lead and develop the sales team and boost productivity.
• Forecast volumes and analyze performance against business objectives.
• Collaborate with stockists to improve distribution and customer service.
• Monitor market changes and report to the Regional Sales Manager for decisions.
• Handle administrative tasks and KPI tracking at the location.
