Job summary

You will conduct market visits, manage stock and invoicing cycles, and report KPI performance to the Regional/Sales Manager; fluency in English and Arabic is required; BA and strong computer skills are desired.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of sales field experience in FMCG.
• Very Good English and Arabic language skills.
• BA degree & Computer Literacy.

Responsibilities

• Organize, control and motivate sales representatives to achieve sales targets across routes.
• Conduct weekly planning, field coaching, and meetings to ensure target alignment.
• Monitor market changes and communicate updates to Regional/Sales Manager for decision making.
• Ensure merchandising, promotional plans and stock management are executed at the point of sale.
• Develop relationships with stockists and key wholesale customers to expand distribution.
