Job summary

Intajalamal Investment CJSC in Riyadh is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee all HR operations, policies, and the HR team. You will drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee retention while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Your responsibilities include safeguarding compliance with Saudi Labor Law, managing government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad), and developing structures, job descriptions, and salary frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, or a similar operational industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
• Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR operations and the HR team.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HR strategies.
• Manages manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Manage performance appraisal, KPIs, training, and employee development.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and applicable regulations.
• Oversee government HR platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other relevant systems.
• Monitor Saudization requirements and workforce compliance.
• Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, grading, and salary structures.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, budgets, and workforce analytics for management.
