Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Government Relations certification or relevant professional accreditation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract management, probation management, contract renewals, employee movements, and offboarding activities.
• Supervise daily HR operations and administrative activities to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employment practices are implemented consistently across the organization.
• Supervise HR coordinators and administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
• Manage leave administration, attendance records, and payroll inputs in coordination with relevant departments.
• Ensure HR systems, databases, employee records, and personnel files are accurately maintained, regularly updated, and treated confidentially.
• Oversee employment contracts, probation periods, renewals, amendments, probation confirmations, and related employee documentation.
• Administer employee benefits, medical insurance, leave programmes, and other employee support services.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and internal HR procedures.
• Lead HR operational projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and support workforce planning and reporting activities.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations initiatives from an operational and administrative perspective.
• Manage disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance procedures in accordance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Lead all government-related HR transactions and compliance activities.
• Coordinate government inspections, audits, inquiries, and regulatory reviews related to HR and employment matters.
