Are you a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with a passion for transforming architectural visions into functional reality? We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to take a leadership role in the electrical design activities for our medium to high-complexity Buildings projects.

You will be crucial in delivering effective, aesthetic, and fully compliant electrical designs that integrate seamlessly with all other engineering and architectural disciplines.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

• Design Leadership : Lead the development of comprehensive Electrical design packages through all stages, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Detailed Design for complex building projects.
• Design Documentation : Produce all required electrical drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring adherence to international standards, codes of practice, and client requirements.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination : Actively coordinate design requirements and manage collaboration with other specializations (Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, etc.) to ensure a fully integrated and clash-free design solution.
• Quality Assurance & Review : Conduct detailed reviews and checks on electrical design deliverables (including peer reviews on team members' work). Implement design revisions based on senior project team feedback and checking reports.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with Project Managers to review and validate designs with clients and relevant authorities, ensuring all feedback is captured and necessary approvals are obtained.
• Value Engineering : Work with stakeholders to identify and implement design value engineering opportunities to enhance cost-effectiveness without compromising quality or functionality.
• Reporting : Support Project Managers by providing input for periodic progress and quality control reports.

What You Will Bring (Mandatory Skills & Qualifications)

• Education: Minimum requirement of a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of dedicated industry experience in an electrical design function for Buildings Projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge and practical understanding of international engineering standards and electrical codes.
• Practical Experience with Design Software: Practical experience with related design software, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit.
• Core Competencies: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to lead and coordinate technical aspects within a project team.
• Language: Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic is essential.
