Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead mentor, coach, and motivate a team of IT security engineers.
• Provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals.
• Develop and implement technical strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Track and present regular reports on team performance to SE Director.
• Identify skills gaps and implement training programs for continuous development.
• Collaborate with the Sales Representative to support strategic accounts.
