Job summary

Help AG is seeking a talented Solution Architect Presales to discover opportunities and position the company's security solutions to customers and prospects. You will create technical content for proposals and RFP responses and drive Proof of Concepts to success.

In this role you will ensure customer success from a technology and solution perspective, align with delivery teams, and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to grow Help AG's market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with relevant security certifications.
• 6–8 years of experience in Pre-Sales Solutions.
• Experience in positioning managed security services, GRC and VAPT.
• Cloud IT and security technologies knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Discover opportunities and position Help AG's security solutions to customers and prospects.
• Create technical content for proposals and RFP responses.
• Ensure success of Proofs of Concept and post-implementation customer success.
