Job summary

A technology solutions provider is looking for a Cyber Security Pre-sales Engineer to provide technical pre-sales support and promote security solutions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, 5+ years of experience with information security, and strong presentation skills. The ideal candidate must be a Saudi National with Gulf experience and is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their technical and business requirements. Compelling negotiation skills are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with information security solutions and services.
  • Gulf experience is a must.
  • Must be Saudi National.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in pre-sales activities including conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC).
  • Provide technical pre-sales support to potential and existing customers.
  • Develop designs and bills of materials for cost-effective solutions.
  • Engage with customers as a trusted advisor.

Deep knowledge of communication protocols
Knowledge of Microsoft OS and product
Experience with AntiAPT solutions

About the job Cyber Security Pre-sales Engineer

We are looking for a Cyber SecurityPre-Sales Engineer to be responsible for proven track record in securitysolutions development and sytem integration. implement and monitor securitymeasures for the protection of computer systems, networks and informationProvide technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose ofpromoting and selling products/services for potential customers and existingcustomers .

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in pre-sales activities including,but not be limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), Building BoQ’s,Supporting in security designs, writing proposals, delivering product specificpresentations and training… etc.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support to variousentities for the purpose of promoting and selling products/Solutions. Entitiesinclude potential customers, existing customers, partners, and resellers.
  • Provides security engineering designs andimplementation in all aspects of Security Solutions
  • Primary and (Secondary) Product Manager for oneor more of the solutions products.
  • Respond to customer requests for proposals,develop designs and bills of materials for cost-effective solutions
  • Engage with customers as a trusted advisor,listening and understanding their challenges and requirement - both technicaland business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, anddocument them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree of computer science or relatedfield.
  • 5+years of experience working with informationsecurity solutionsand services.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of communication protocols,Microsoft OS and product , AntiAPT solutions , EDR , IPS/IDS…etc.
  • Gulf experience is a must.
  • Must be Saudi National.
  • Must be Associate or out of work for more thanthree months .
