Job summary
شركة مياه رائدة في منطقة حائل تبحث عن موظف سلامة غذائية بدوام كامل. ستكون المسؤوليات تشمل تنفيذ نظام HACCP وISO 22000، مراقبة الجودة، والإشراف على الالتزام باللوائح الخاصة بهيئة الغذاء والدواء السعودية. المرشح المثالي يجب أن يكون سعودي الجنسية حائز على درجة بكالوريوس في أحد التخصصات المرتبطة وسابق خبرة في مجال سلامة الغذاء. الفرصة تتطلب إلمام باللوائح واحترافية باللغة الإنجليزية.
Qualifications
- الجنسية سعودية.
- شهادة في نظم إدارة سلامة الغذاء مثل HACCP وISO 22000.
- معرفة باللوائح الخاصة بهيئة الغذاء والدواء السعودية.
Responsibilities
- تنفيذ أنظمة سلامة الغذاء مثل HACCP وISO 22000.
- مراقبة جودة المنتجات وعمليات الإنتاج لضمان الامتثال للمعايير.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن الامتثال وسلامة الغذاء للإدارة العليا.
- تدريب الموظفين على ممارسات السلامة وجودة المنتج.

Job Announcement | Food Safety Officer
Mashar Water Factory is pleased to announce a job opening for the position of Food Safety Officer in Hail Region. Work Location: Mashar Water Factory, Hail. Job Type: Full-time.
- Saudi nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree at a minimum in one of the following fields: Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
- Experience or knowledge in the field of food safety (preferably in water factories).
- Certified in:
- HACCP
- ISO 22000
- Familiarity with the regulations of the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA).
- Basic proficiency in English.
- Ensure implementation of all food safety systems such as HACCP and ISO 22000 within the factory.
- Monitor product quality and production processes to ensure compliance with standards.
- Ensure adherence to the regulations of the Saudi Food & Drug Authority.
- Prepare periodic reports on compliance and food safety for senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of production, testing, and corrective actions.
- Train and raise awareness among staff on safety practices and product quality.
- Update HACCP plans and quality procedures periodically or as needed.
- Represent the facility during official visits and inspections by the SFDA.
- Follow up on internal and external inspection results and address any observations or non-compliances.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in food safety and apply them as required.
