Job summary

Exsab Investment Group, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations on-site. The role focuses on employee records, recruitment and onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations to ensure fair and compliant HR practices.

The ideal candidate will manage benefits, help implement HR policies, maintain documentation, and collaborate with managers to address HR inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
• Familiarity with government HR platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and personnel administration.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent command of Arabic and good proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliant HR practices across the organization.
• Manage employee records and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
