700Apps is seeking a Saudi National HR Specialist for our KSA branch. The role focuses on managing HR operations, onboarding, recruitment, and employee relations, with hands-on use of Saudi HR platforms. The candidate should have 3+ years of HR experience and strong knowledge of local employment practices.

The successful candidate will handle contracts, records, payroll inputs, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and company policies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in operations and administration.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and employment practices.
• Hands-on experience with Saudi HR platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem).

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for the KSA branch.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and files.
• Handle onboarding, transfers, renewals, and offboarding.
• Support recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Provide HR support and handle employee inquiries.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
• Ensure policy compliance and HR documentation.
• Maintain HR data on Saudi platforms and generate reports.
• Assist with employee relations and performance management.
• Stay updated on Saudi labor regulations.
