Job summary

ExeQut in Riyadh is seeking a Saudi HR Specialist to run day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency. You will serve as the main liaison between employees, management and Saudi government platforms.

You will manage records, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, leave, payroll support, and ensure adherence to Saudi Labour Law. The role offers growth within a growing consulting firm and a collaborative, transparent culture.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality required.
• Experience as HR Specialist or HR Officer in Saudi Arabia.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding from start to finish.
• Maintain employee files and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage attendance, leave and employee information.
• Coordinate employee transfers, renewals and related government procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and keep records accurate and up to date.
• Support payroll and coordinate employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Act as the point of contact for employees and management on HR matters.
