HRsource Jobs & Recruitment Dubai is assisting a client in recruiting an HR Operations Specialist for the Saudi market. The role emphasizes HR operations, governance, and compliance with KSA Labor Law.

You will manage day-to-day HR operations, handle Qiwa transactions (contracts, iqama, visas, WPS reporting), ensure GOSI and Saudization compliance, and update policies to reflect current regulations. Candidates should have 4+ years in HR Operations and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations with focus on governance and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of KSA Labor Law and Qiwa platform.
• Experience with GOSI, Nitaqat/Saudization, and MHRSD processes.
• Experience with HRIS/HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with KSA Labor Law.
• Handle Qiwa platform transactions including contracts, iqama, visa, and WPS reporting.
• Maintain HR policies reflecting current KSA labor law and governance standards.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and end-of-service settlements.
• Ensure documentation, records management, and audit readiness.
• Monitor HR compliance metrics and advise on corrective actions.
• Liaise with government entities (Qiwa, GOSI, MHRSD, Muqeem) to resolve HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to align processes with priorities.
