You will manage transactions through Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and GOSI; oversee Government Relations; administer medical insurance; maintain employee data through HRIS; coordinate payroll; and handle onboarding and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in HR Operations; contracting/facility management is a plus.
• Professional HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, AIHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR transactions through Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and GOSI.
• Handle Government Relations and coordinate with relevant government authorities.
• Manage Medical Insurance administration and employee-related services.
• Maintain employee data and processes through HRIS.
• Manage and coordinate Payroll Processing.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field

HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, AIHR) preferred
