You will manage day-to-day HR operations, handle Qiwa transactions (contracts, iqama, visas, WPS reporting), ensure GOSI and Saudization compliance, and update policies to reflect current regulations. Candidates should have 4+ years in HR Operations and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations with focus on governance and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of KSA Labor Law and Qiwa platform.
• Experience with GOSI, Nitaqat/Saudization, and MHRSD processes.
• Experience with HRIS/HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

HR Operations Specialist

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented HR professional with strong expertise in HR operations, governance, and compliance within the Saudi labor market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring processes are compliant with KSA Labor Law and aligned with business needs.
• Handle Qiwa platform transactions, including contract management, Iqama-related processes, visa transactions, and Wage Protection System (WPS) reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with GOSI registration, Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements, and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) regulations.
• Maintain and update HR policies to reflect current KSA labor law and internal governance standards.
• Coordinate and support HR cyclical processes such as onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and end-of-service settlements.
• Ensure accurate and timely employee documentation, records management, and audit readiness.
• Support employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling in line with labor law and company policy.
• Monitor and report on HR compliance metrics, flagging risks and recommending corrective actions to management.
• Liaise with government entities (Qiwa, GOSI, MHRSD, Muqeem) to resolve HR-related administrative matters.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to ensure HR processes support operational and strategic priorities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, with a strong focus on process, governance, and compliance.
• Solid working knowledge of KSA Labor Law and hands-on experience with Qiwa platform.
• Familiarity with GOSI, Nitaqat/Saudization requirements, and MHRSD processes.
• Experience with HRIS/HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple HR compliance deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to liaise confidently with government bodies and internal stakeholders.
