Job summary

Wego is seeking a Lead Generation Associate to drive outbound prospecting in Saudi Arabia, turning target accounts into qualified meetings for our Riyadh sales team. You’ll use cold email, calling, and LinkedIn to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

The role collaborates with marketing to localize outreach messaging for the Saudi market, aiming to hit monthly and quarterly targets and refine targeting based on sales feedback.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation and outbound campaign execution (cold email, calling, LinkedIn)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified B2B leads for WegoPro in Saudi Arabia
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline
• Refine targeting and messaging based on feedback from the sales and marketing teams
• Localize outreach messaging for the Saudi market with marketing/content teams
• Collaborate with Riyadh sales to identify target accounts and book meetings
