Job summary

Wego is seeking a Lead Generation Associate for the Saudi market, based in Riyadh. You will run outbound prospecting to turn target accounts into qualified meetings for the Riyadh sales team, using cold email, calls, and LinkedIn to build a steady pipeline of qualified B2B leads.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B lead generation, and a Bachelor’s in business/marketing, with fluent English and Arabic. You’ll localize messaging for Saudi customers and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation and outbound campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound B2B lead generation campaigns via cold email, calling, and LinkedIn.
• Follow up consistently and build rapport with prospects throughout the outreach process.
• Stay up to date on WegoPro’s product to answer questions confidently.
• Collaborate with Riyadh sales to identify target accounts and book meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of the Saudi market and buyer profiles.
