Job summary

Client of Hudson Manpower is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Diesel Generators and Power Solutions in Saudi Arabia, covering Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah. The role demands 10–12 years in diesel generator sales with strong leadership and technical know-how.

You will lead business development across Oil & Gas, Construction, Infrastructure, and Government sectors, managing major tenders and key accounts while coordinating with engineering and operations to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10–12 years of overall experience in diesel generator sales and power solutions.
• Minimum 4–5 years of Saudi Arabia experience in a Sales Manager or equivalent sales leadership position.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of generator systems (sizing, synchronization, AMF/ATS, and power solutions).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Drive business development across Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial Infrastructure, Data Centers, Rental and Government sectors.
• Manage major projects, tenders, commercial negotiations and key accounts.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance on diesel generators and power solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 10 12 years of overall experience in diesel generator sales power generation power solutions
• Minimum 4 5 years of Saudi Arabia experience in a Sales Manager or equivalent sales leadership position
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of generator systems including generator sizing synchronization AMF ATS and power solutions
• Experience with brands such as Cummins Perkins FG Wilson Mitsubishi MTU Volvo Penta Kohler AKSA Caterpillar or similar brands will be preferred
• Proven track record in business development team management key account management and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Saudi driving licence preferred

Experience with brands such as Cummins, Perkins, FG Wilson, Mitsubishi, MTU, Volvo Penta, Kohler, AKSA, Caterpillar or similar brands will be preferred. Proven track record in business development, team management, key account management and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills. Saudi driving licence preferred.
