Job summary

Client of MM Management Consultant in Saudi Arabia seeks a Head of Sales Diesel Generators with 15+ years in power generation sales to lead and expand the generator business. The role combines strategic sales leadership with deep technical know-how to grow revenue and profitability.

The position requires steering the sales & service team across Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial Infrastructure, Data Centers, Rental, and Government sectors, while cultivating key accounts and partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
15+ years in diesel generator power generation sales.
Proven sales management and team leadership.
Strong technical and commercial knowledge of generator systems (sizing, AMF/ATS, power solutions).
Saudi Arabia GCC market experience preferred.
Experience with major brands is advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Saudi driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead the sales & service team and drive business development across Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial Infrastructure, Data Centers, Rental, and Government sectors.
Develop relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and EPC companies.
Manage major projects, tenders, negotiations, and key accounts.
Provide technical guidance on power solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities.
Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
