We are looking for a high-energy Marketing & PR Executive with a strong sales mindset to actively promote and sell our training programs and manpower supply services. This role is not purely administrative or branding-focused. It is revenue-oriented, focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and market expansion. You will work closely with management and sales teams to convert marketing activity into measurable business results.

Responsibilities
  • Actively generate qualified leads for training and manpower supply services
  • Promote services to corporate clients, contractors, factories, service companies, and institutions
  • Support the full sales cycle: lead generation → presentation → follow‑up → conversion
  • Coordinate closely with management to meet quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain and update client pipelines and lead databases
  • Execute sales-focused marketing campaigns
  • Prepare persuasive marketing materials: proposals, presentations, service profiles
  • Identify new market opportunities and client segments
  • Support pricing, packaging, and promotion strategies to improve competitiveness
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, job fairs, and industry events
  • Build relationships with corporate decision‑makers, HR managers, procurement officers, and training coordinators
Required Qualifications
