THE TEAM

As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will be part of the Front Services team at Rosewood Red Sea, reporting to the Guest Relations Manager and working closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Butler Services, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams. You will support the daily operation of the Guest Relations function, ensuring every guest receives a seamless and personalized experience throughout their stay.

YOUR ROLE

As Guest Relations Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by supporting the Guest Relations team, overseeing VIP and special attention guests, and ensuring service excellence at every stage of the guest journey. You will act as a visible presence in the lobby, help coordinate guest experiences, and support service recovery efforts while upholding Rosewood standards and our philosophy of Relationship Hospitality.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Support the day-to-day operation of the Guest Relations team, ensuring personalized and memorable guest experiences.
• Welcome and engage with VIPs, repeat guests, long-stay guests, and special attention guests, ensuring all arrangements are flawlessly executed.
• Act as a visible and approachable presence in the lobby, anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Butler Services, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor guest feedback, support service recovery efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure guest preferences, profiles, special occasions, and requests are accurately captured and communicated to relevant teams.
