Job summary

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to manage daily Front Desk operations and deliver personalized guest experiences at our luxury property in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the Front Desk team, support the Front Desk Manager, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, and other departments to uphold Rosewood's Relationship Hospitality standards.

THE TEAM

As Front Desk Supervisor, you will be part of the Front Office team at Rosewood Red Sea, reporting to the Front Desk Manager. You will lead and support Front Desk Associates during your shift while collaborating closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell & Door, Butler Services, Reservations, Engineering, and other operational teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

YOUR ROLE

As Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day Front Desk operation during assigned shifts, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional and personalized experience. You will support the Front Desk Manager by leading the team, maintaining operational excellence, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring service standards reflect Rosewood's philosophy of Relationship Hospitality and Forbes/LQA standards.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Lead and support the daily Front Desk operation, ensuring seamless arrivals, stays, and departures for every guest.
• Coach, guide, and develop Front Desk Associates, providing support and direction throughout each shift.
• Maintain exceptional guest relations, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring effective service recovery when required.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell & Door, Butler Services, and Reservations to deliver a smooth and personalized guest journey.
• Monitor operational procedures, cashiering activities, room allocations, VIP arrivals, and guest requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Support team performance through daily briefings, training, coaching, and operational leadership while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
