Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Guest Services Associate - Front Office to welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, and anticipate needs to deliver Relationship Hospitality across the guest journey.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell & Door, Butler Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless arrivals and departures while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Formación

• Experience in Front Office or guest-facing hospitality roles.

THE TEAM

As a Guest Services Associate - Front Office, you will be part of the Front Office team at Rosewood Red Sea, reporting to the Front Desk Manager and working closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell & Door, Butler Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams. Together, you will create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences that reflect the highest levels of luxury hospitality.

YOUR ROLE

As a Guest Services Associate - Front Office, you will be one of the key ambassadors of Rosewood Red Sea, delivering personalized service throughout the guest journey. From welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out procedures to anticipating needs and resolving concerns, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to Relationship Hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.

• Deliver warm, personalized guest experiences throughout arrival, stay, and departure.


• Manage check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, guest profiles, and payment transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.


• Build meaningful guest relationships, anticipate needs, and resolve requests or concerns promptly and professionally.


• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Butler Services, Bell & Door, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


• Promote resort facilities, experiences, and services while identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience.


• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and operational compliance while ensuring accurate cashiering and administrative processes.

• You have experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Guest Relations, or a similar guest-facing hospitality role.

• You communicate confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.


• You remain calm under pressure and enjoy finding solutions that enhance the guest experience.


• You are comfortable working with hotel operating systems and technology platforms while maintaining accurate records and guest information.
