Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer Room Service telephone calls promptly and assist guests.
• Take and input food and beverage orders accurately into the POS system, with detail.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Upsell food and beverage offerings and promotions to guests.
• Process payments and reconcile checks, ensuring gratuity is handled per guidelines.
