Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the room service/outlet, ensuring quality and cost controls.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to monitor service and guest feedback, driving improvements.

• Support revenue initiatives through upselling and local promotions to boost F&B sales.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding and training new team members to maintain service standards.
