About the Role

Accor is looking for a passionate and experienced revenue manager ready to take their career to the next level: drive revenue growth across our iconic hotels and brands, optimize pricing strategies and channel performance, build best practices and work with sector‑leading technology.

As Revenue Manager, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams to optimize our revenue performance and achieve our business goals.

You will formulate and execute revenue strategies, manage inventory, and collaborate with the executive team on forecasting and pricing. You will be a contributor to our revenue management community of practice internally and externally, mentor junior team members and receive learning and development support as you grow your career as a Heartist®.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies for the hotel.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies.
  • Lead the weekly/bi‑weekly Revenue Management meetings, providing insights based on reporting data.
  • Develop top‑line revenue forecasts and actively seek opportunities to drive incremental profit across all revenue centres of the business.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and optimise pricing and inventory.
  • Mentor, coach and develop junior team members in revenue management practices.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and front‑office teams to achieve revenue goals.
  • Ensure reservations are well‑managed and coordinate with the reservations team.
  • Drive market share in your competitive set and ensure all systems are adequately used to optimise RevPAR.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and distribution networks to optimise hotel profits.
  • Responsible for data quality and system hygiene of Revenue Management and Distribution applications; platforms and tools used by the hotel.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience in a similar revenue management position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
  • Proven experience in e‑distribution channels and systems.
  • Solid understanding of reservation and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS G3).
  • Experience with international hotel chains is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for driving business results.
