RAFFLES is seeking a dynamic Outlet Manager for our Jeddah retail location. You will lead daily operations, supervise and train staff, drive sales performance, and optimize inventory while upholding service standards and brand integrity.

The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to profitability. You will collaborate with regional teams to implement initiatives and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail or outlet management experience.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
• Strong proficiency with POS systems and retail management software.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement improvements.
• Excellent inventory management and organizational skills.
• Sharp customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Sound financial acumen with budget and cost control experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
