Job summary

You will oversee opening/closing procedures, training and development, and collaboration with mall management to optimize store performance in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive customer-centric experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership with a proven track record in achieving sales KPIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer engagement ability.
• Experience improving store performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage budgets, merchandising and stock control.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or retail management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain shrinkage below 0.2% of cost of sale.
• Monitor expenses, budgets and financial objectives.
• Review sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular financial and stock audits.
• Develop action plans to drive store results and dashboards.
