Job summary

Apparel FZCO in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Leader to oversee store networks across the region, driving sales, profitability, customer experience and brand standards.

You will set KPIs, lead Area and Store Managers, supervise stock and VM, recruit and train staff, and ensure efficient operations and compliance with SOPs while coordinating with senior management on business plans.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in retail operations with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
• Experience in managing multiple store locations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to drive sales, operations efficiency and achieve KPIs across stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize retail store operations across territories, driving sales and profitability.
• Set store sales targets and guide managers to maximize productivity and customer experience.
• Oversee visual merchandising, store design projects and adherence to brand standards.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff; conduct performance appraisals and development plans.
• Monitor stock levels, shrinkage, and inventory control; ensure proper store SOP adherence.
