Job summary

Whitecollars is seeking a Store Manager in Jeddah to oversee all aspects of store operations and drive sales growth. You will manage cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and staff scheduling while ensuring a superior customer experience.

You will develop and deliver training programs for in-store staff, coaching on product knowledge and service standards to elevate performance and customer satisfaction. Fluency in English and a bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong English language skills.
• Experience delivering training and coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Drive sales by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies.
• Ensure product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and customer experience are optimized.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships and handle complaints effectively.
• Develop and deliver training programs for in-store staff, including onboarding and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to align training with company goals.
• Coach staff on sales and customer service skills and monitor training impact.
