Job summary

• 3+ years in a customer-centric retail environment
• Experience supervising a team in a retail setting
• Strong understanding of store KPIs and sales targets
• Experience with stock control, replenishment and inventory accuracy

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and assume responsibility for the store during the Store Manager's absence.
• Maintain a strong customer-first approach and ensure service standards are followed consistently by the retail team.
• Lead by example when handling customers, resolving concerns, and supporting purchasing decisions.
• Work with the Store Manager to establish sales objectives and convert store targets into practical daily priorities.
• Monitor sales performance against KPIs and identify opportunities to improve conversion, revenue, and customer engagement.
• Communicate sales targets clearly so that team members understand expected performance.
• Implement promotional campaigns, offers, and stock-related initiatives accurately within the store.
• Apply sales strategies that improve store performance and support achievement of commercial goals.
• Regularly review store administration and resolve documentation or procedural issues.
• Monitor stock availability to ensure appropriate product levels are maintained for customer demand.
