Job summary

Client of Rawaj Company for Recruitment in Saudi Arabia seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, inspire FOH and BOH teams, and uphold service and food quality standards for a premier Lebanese dining brand.

You will drive profitability, manage procurement and inventory, ensure HACCP compliance, and develop staff while delivering memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 3+ years as Restaurant Manager or 5 years as Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in operations, financial management, budgeting, inventory control and cost optimization.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene procedures, and HACCP guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems; cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth opening, closing and service procedures in line with company standards.
• Lead, supervise, train and develop FOH and BOH teams ensuring effective communication and high performance.
• Monitor financial performance, control operating expenses and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining service quality addressing complaints and acting on customer feedback.
• Manage procurement, inventory and stock levels while minimizing waste and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene sanitation and HACCP guidelines.
• Manage employee schedules performance evaluations training needs and staffing requirements in coordination with HR.
• Monitor daily sales, POS reports, cash handling and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Oversee restaurant maintenance, equipment readiness and adherence to operational procedures.
• Prepare monthly performance reports covering sales, guest satisfaction, financial results and operational improvements.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, service standards and management directives.

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or equivalent management experience with proven capabilities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or 5 years as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, preferably in a Lebanese or Oriental restaurant.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Proven experience in restaurant operations, financial management, budgeting, inventory control, and cost optimization.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene procedures, and HACCP guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and cash-handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
