GRG is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a premium full-service dining venue in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This hands-on role requires a strong fine-dining background to manage a large, multicultural team and deliver consistent, exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in restaurant management, with proven ability to drive sales, control costs, and uphold service excellence in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in Restaurant Management, specifically in fine- or premium-dining establishments.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills for a large multicultural team.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations, guest experience, and service standards.
• Experience handling VIP guests, complaints, and high-pressure service periods.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in English and Arabic.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations from opening to closing, maintaining service standards.
• Lead and motivate a large team of 30+ staff, including supervisors, captains, waiters, hosts, and runners.
• Coach, train, and schedule staff; manage manpower planning and performance.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, food costs, wastage, inventory, and KPIs.
• Drive sales while upholding SOPs, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Handle VIP guests and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain high dining etiquette, table settings, and service sequence.
• Ensure premium guest experiences with consistent quality across shifts.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team in a high-volume environment.

Our client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a premium full-service dining establishment in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is an opportunity for a hands‑on leader with strong fine‑dining expertise to manage a large team and drive consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

• Manage the restaurant's daily operation from opening to closing and ensure consistent service standards.
• Manage a large team of 30+ employees, including supervisors, captains, waiters, hosts, runners, and other restaurant staff.
• Motivate, train, coach, and manage a large multicultural team.
• Manage restaurant sales, labor cost, food cost, wastage, inventory, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Handle VIP guests, customer complaints, and challenging situations professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, manpower planning, performance, and training.
• Drive sales while maintaining service and quality standards.
• Maintain SOPs, guest experience, service quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

What We Are looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in Fine Dining, Full‑Service Dining, or Premium Dining restaurants.
• Restaurant experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in a table‑service restaurant environment, where guests are seated and served at the table with a high level of service and dining etiquette.
• Proven experience managing a large team of 30+ employees, including supervisors, captains, waiters, hosts, runners, and other restaurant staff.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining and premium restaurant service standards, including table setting, dining etiquette, sequence of service, order taking, food and beverage presentation, and guest handling.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to motivate, train, coach, and manage a large multicultural team.
• Proven ability to manage the restaurant's daily operation from opening to closing and ensure consistent service standards.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, guest experience, service quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Experience managing restaurant sales, labor cost, food cost, wastage, inventory, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Strong experience in handling VIP guests, customer complaints, and challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to manage staff scheduling, attendance, manpower planning, performance, and training.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales while maintaining service and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume and fast‑paced restaurant environment, particularly during peak periods.
• Arabic language is mandatory.
• English language is mandatory, with the ability to communicate confidently with guests and team members.
• Strong background in premium full‑service / fine dining restaurants.
• Understanding of professional table service and dining etiquette.
• Capable of managing a large team while maintaining high standards of guest experience, service quality, and operational performance.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in well‑established international or premium restaurant brands will be given strong preference.
