Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management, 1+ year in a leadership role, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front of House operations and guest service is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front of House (FOH) operations, ensuring smooth service procedures.
• Lead, supervise, train and motivate the FOH team with clear delegation.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing operational plans and maintaining service quality.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback promptly.
• Coordinate with BOH to ensure timely service and order accuracy.
• Manage FOH schedules, monitor staffing and training needs.
• Review POS reports, oversee discounts, and cash deposits in Manager's absence.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee daily Front of House FOH operations ensuring smooth opening closing and service procedures in line with company standards
• Lead supervise train and motivate the FOH team ensuring effective communication task delegation and high performance
• Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing operational action plans maintaining service quality and improving operational efficiency
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by delivering personalized service addressing complaints responding to special requests and acting on customer feedback
• Monitor dining area cleanliness setup food presentation and service standards throughout restaurant operations
• Coordinate effectively with Back of House BOH staff to ensure smooth service delivery and timely guest orders
• Manage FOH inventory supplies and stock levels while supporting cost control and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene sanitation and HACCP guidelines
• Prepare FOH employee schedules monitor staffing requirements identify training needs and support employee development
• Review daily POS sales reports and oversee discounts complimentary orders and cash deposits in the Restaurant Manager s absence
• Monitor restaurant maintenance requirements update daily operational records and ensure completion of administrative tasks
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies service standards grooming requirements and operational procedures

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or equivalent management experience with proven capabilities.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or 3 years as a Floor Supervisor, preferably in a Lebanese or Oriental restaurant.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, supervise, and develop employees.
• Proven experience in Front of House operations, guest service, team supervision, and daily restaurant management.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage safety, hygiene procedures, and HACCP guidelines.
• Knowledge of restaurant financial operations, basic accounting, inventory control, and cost management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and cash-handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, ethical standards, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach, with a commitment to maintaining high service and grooming standards.
