Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
• Proven track record of successfully managing budgets
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all restaurant staff members, including servers, chefs, and kitchen staff
