Want More in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a diverse team, manage budgets, and ensure top-notch customer service. The role covers staffing, inventory control, vendor relations, and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in a similar role, strong English communication and leadership skills, and a solid understanding of food safety practices. Salary is tax-free and monthly.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
• Proven track record of successfully managing budgets
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

• Manage and supervise all restaurant staff members, including servers, chefs, and kitchen staff
