One of our clients in the Hospitality Industry in Saudi Arabia is hiring for the position of a Restaurant Manager.

Location: Riyadh

Experience: 8-10 years

Education: BSc in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus

We expect you to lead by example and uplift our client's staff during busy periods in this fast-paced environment. Your goal will be to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations
  2. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  3. Respond efficiently to customer complaints
  4. Review product quality and research new vendors regularly
  5. Organize and supervise shifts
  6. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
  7. Estimate future needs for supplies and equipment
  8. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  9. Manage the restaurant's image and suggest improvements
  10. Control costs and identify waste reduction measures
  11. Create reports on revenues and expenses
  12. Promote the brand through community engagement and events
  13. Implement marketing strategies like discounts and social media advertising
  14. Train staff on customer service practices
  15. Implement policies for sustainable operations
Requirements and Skills
  1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  2. Customer service expertise
  3. Extensive F&B knowledge
  4. Familiarity with management software like OpenTable and PeachWorks
  5. Strong leadership and motivational skills
  6. Financial management skills
  7. BSc in Business Administration or related field; hospitality or culinary education is a plus
