Job summary

The Leading Lebanese Dining Establishment in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House operations, lead the service team, and support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes operational excellence, service standards, and daily management of FOH activities.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management, 1+ year in a leadership role, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Management or equivalent management experience.
• Experience in Front of House operations and guest service is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front of House (FOH) operations, ensuring smooth service procedures.
• Lead, supervise, train and motivate the FOH team with clear delegation.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing operational plans and maintaining service quality.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback promptly.
• Coordinate with BOH to ensure timely service and order accuracy.
• Manage FOH schedules, monitor staffing and training needs.
• Review POS reports, oversee discounts, and cash deposits in Manager's absence.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines.
