Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in food and beverage or related area.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related major; 2 years experience in food/bev or related area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages daily restaurant operations, including floor coverage during peak periods.
• Maintains sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
• Reviews staffing levels to meet guest services, operational needs and financial objectives.
• Leads and coaches team members to develop skills and ensure productive performance.
• Ensures compliance with food & beverage policies, standards and sanitation procedures.
