Job summary

Apparel Group, a Dubai-headquartered fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in Riyadh. You will lead FOH/BOH, manage training, staffing, and budgets, and coordinate with the executive chef and bar staff to ensure smooth service and growth in revenue.

You will drive the opening readiness, maintain hygiene standards, handle P&L, and generate reports while ensuring fair staff treatment and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Level: Some High School.
• Experience in managing restaurant operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
