Qualifications

• Requires a degree in business, marketing or hotel/restaurant management with 3 years in sales and marketing (or 1 year with a BA).
• Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve segment revenue goals.
• Works with DOS and cross-functional teams to plan revenue, customers and market coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assists in leading the property’s segmented sales effort (group, transient, association, corporate).
• Implements segment sales strategy and achieves segment revenue goals and guest satisfaction.
• Develops and sustains aggressive solicitation programs to increase business.
• Creates and implements sales plans addressing revenue, customers and market for the DOS-led segment.
• Generates proposals and contracts; handles customer correspondence.
