Job summary

You will coordinate with the executive chef and bartender for new menus and beverage lists, ensure training of all staff, and manage scheduling, inventory, and budgets to uphold the restaurant’s standards and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure FOH and BOH staff are familiar with the day’s requirements.
• Coordinate with the executive chef and bartender for new menus and beverage lists.
• Ensure training of all staff before opening and as needed to maintain service excellence.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, and rosters while monitoring adherence to budgets and policies.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with health regulations; manage inventory and stock.
• Drive revenue and manage the restaurant’s profitability and KPIs across all outlets.
