Job summary

Accor is seeking a professional Reservations Supervisor for our property in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on supervising the Reservations Department, guiding the team, and ensuring accurate reservation data in the system.

The ideal candidate will have a hospitality or business background, strong English communication, and the ability to upsell hotel services. This on-site position offers growth within a global hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or business administration as stated in the qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, or 6 months of experience in reservations/front office operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations Department ensuring efficient handling of all reservation requests.
• Oversee incoming reservations via phone, email and online booking channels ensuring accuracy, timeliness and adherence to hotel standards.
• Support, coach and provide guidance to the reservations team to ensure excellent guest service and productivity.
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of reservation data in the PMS (OPERA).
• Monitor room inventory, availability and rate integrity to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities.
• Promote hotel facilities, room categories, packages and special offers while upselling.
