Job summary

Accor in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Reservations Specialist to professionally handle inquiries, train agents, and protect revenue while delivering guest satisfaction. You will oversee scheduling and ensure timely confirmations across all channels to maximize conversions.

The role requires fluency in English, at least 3 years in hotels, and experience with Opera and Microsoft Office. Luxury hotel or resort backgrounds are preferred. Saudis only.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Training and Development or Hotel Management.
• Working knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Hotels.
• Luxury hotel or resort background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries professionally and promptly to avoid loss of business.
• Conduct training for existing and new agents to improve reservation selling skills.
• Resolve guest issues to protect revenue and achieve guest satisfaction.
• Maintain department schedule to ensure coverage and high booking conversion.
• Track calls and report results regularly; support revenue management systems as needed.
• Monitor incentive programs and ensure program integrity.
