Job summary

United Motors Company in Jeddah is seeking a Receptionist to greet customers with appointments in the sales area and collect the necessary information from customers and vehicles to hand to the sales consultant, expediting wait times and ensuring courteous service.

The role requires presenting a professional image, directing visitors, and providing administrative support to the sales staff as needed in a busy showroom environment.

Qualifications

• High school or higher qualifications.
• 0-2 years of experience, preferably in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Greetings to all customers entering the sales area with a professional attitude, answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or location
• Welcome the client when he arrives in the sales Area
• Determine the nature of the client7s visit. Escort the customers to the appropriate department/area
• Provide information to appropriate showroom personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the customers
• Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
• Other duties may be required
