Job summary

United Motors Group in Jeddah is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors and manage appointments in our Sales area. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth arrival experience for customers.

You will escort clients to the appropriate department, gather basic information, and support the Sales Manager while maintaining a tidy waiting area and assisting staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school or higher qualification.
• 0-2 years of experience, preferably in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the sales area with a professional attitude, answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or location.
• Welcome the client when he arrives in the sales Area.
• Determine the nature of the client’s visit. Escort the customers to the appropriate department/area.
• Provide information to appropriate showroom personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the customers.
• Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary.
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.
• Other duties may be required.
