Job Description

Tamayyaz is seeking a professional and customer-focused Reception Supervisor to join our team in the historic city of AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As the Reception Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading and motivating our front desk team.

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Lead, train, and mentor reception staff to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations using hotel management software
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze front desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel reception or front desk operations
  • Proven supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • First Aid certification (preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian hospitality standards and cultural norms
  • Familiarity with AlUla's tourist attractions and local information
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is an asset. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are required. Fluency in English is necessary, and additional languages are a plus.
